Golub Gethouse Realty Company LTD is in the group of companies developing office buildings as well as student houses in Central and Eastern Europe. The main investment of the group at the moment is construction of Mennica Legacy Tower and LivinnX Kraków.

Mennica Legacy Tower - the 140-metre-high Tower with the neighbouring 43-metre-high Western Building will offer a total of 65,630 sqm of modern office space. The project was designed by the renowned Chicago-based architecture firm Goettsch Partners, which decided to work with the well- established design consultants Epstein.

The Mennica Legacy Tower will combine unique architecture, the latest technologies, functionality and top-quality. Both buildings will feature advanced technological systems increasing the continuity and reliability of the buildings’ systems as well as improving the security of tenants. The Mennica Legacy Tower will also feature the latest mobile technologies enabling users to communicate with the building using a smartphone and a mobile app.

The tenants of the Mennica Legacy Tower, apart from mBank’s headquarters, will be also the world leader in coworking space, WeWork, which became the sole tenant of the Western Building. The unique offer of the complex will be enhanced by retail and service spaces, which will be developed, among others, by the MEET & EAT restaurant concept and Zdrofit fitness club.

The entire project will be completed in line with the demanding requirements of the BREAAM international environmental certificate with an “Outstanding” rating LivinnX Kraków hall of residence was constructed as part of a renovation project of the former Telpod factory building at ul. Romanowicza 4 in Kraków. The hall offers 710 beds available in 290 residential units of various configurations (1-, 2-, 3- and 4-person). Each unit is fully fitted out and has a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom space and a bathroom. Thanks to the architectural solutions used, the spaces inside the building reach up to 3.90 m in height and maintain the industrial character with several accents referring to the previous function of the building.

Apart from residential units located on six floors of the building, LivinnX Kraków also offers a space of 2,000 sq m with numerous amenities. The residents have at their disposal, among others, specially arranged study and entertainment areas, a large shared kitchen, a 24-hour gym, sauna, yoga room, climbing wall, art studio and even a terrace with a hot tub located on the roof of the building. On level -1 there is a laundry and a bicycle parking area. Following the example of international campuses, the hall of residence is CCTV monitored round the clock. The reception and security service are open 24 hours a day.

Thanks to its convenient location, the residence hall is well connected with Kraków’s key colleges and universities. It is also located in close proximity to the Old Town and the Kazimierz district, offering access to cultural facilities and services such as museums, art galleries, clubs, restaurants and the Vistula River embankments.
